For clients utilizing our CCTV installation, monitoring, or gatekeeper access control services:
- CCTV video recordings and visitor register logs collected at client sites remain the proprietary property and responsibility of the respective Client (Data Fiduciary).
- Karunya security guards and technicians act strictly as authorized Data Processors under the client's explicit operational protocols.
- No CCTV footage is exported, copied, or transmitted outside the client’s approved Network Video Recorder (NVR) architecture without written authorization.
11.Minors’ Privacy Protection
Our services, commercial website, and facility workforce recruitment are intended exclusively for adults and corporate representatives aged 18 and above.
